Program description
White Light Capital LLC, doing business as Rent Long Island (“Rent Long Island”), offers a text-messaging program that lets us respond to and follow up on your furnished-housing request. Messages may include available housing options, availability updates, scheduling and appointment coordination, and service notifications related to your inquiry.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our housing request form and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us or using any of our services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and our communication with you.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Rent Long Island does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s and device’s capabilities.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
