Referral program terms

Please review and accept these terms before submitting a referral. By taking part in the Rent Long Island Referral Program, you agree that:

1. Everything you submit is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
2. You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. You have your friend's permission to share their name and contact information with Rent Long Island.
4. You will keep your own contact information current so we can reach you and send your reward.
5. You will not make promises on behalf of Rent Long Island about pricing, availability or terms.
6. A $150 Visa gift card is earned for each referred guest who signs a rental agreement of 30 nights or longer and moves in. One reward per referred household.
7. The person you refer must be new to Rent Long Island. Self-referrals and referrals of people already in contact with us do not qualify.
8. If more than one person refers the same guest, the first referral we receive gets credit.
9. Gift cards are sent after the referred guest moves in, typically by the end of the following month.
10. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive.
11. Referrals submitted through fraud or misrepresentation are void. Rent Long Island may remove a participant or change or end the program at any time, without notice.
