What does "furnished" include?
Each home comes move-in ready: furniture in the bedrooms and living areas, a stocked kitchen, and Wi-Fi and utilities handled. You bring your suitcase; we handle the rest.
Where are your homes located?
We currently serve Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island. Tell us the town, campus, hospital or office you need to be near, and we'll match you with options close by.
How long can I stay?
We focus on mid-term stays, roughly 30 nights up to six months or more. Corporate, healthcare and insurance stays flex to the assignment; student stays run by the semester.
How does billing work?
Stays are billed monthly at a flat rate that includes furnishings and utilities, so there are no surprise add-ons. For insurance and corporate stays, we can provide the documentation your claim or employer requires.
Can I rent a single room near Hofstra?
Yes. For students and solo travelers we offer furnished rooms with a shared kitchen and laundry, as well as whole-home options for families or roommate groups.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered case by case, depending on the home and the stay. Mention your pet in your request and we'll let you know what's available.
How do I hold a place?
